+ To analyze wedding market trends and competitor activities to recommend strategies that keep the hotel a leader in the marketplace through the development of future and repeat business of new accounts.
+ To maximize revenue by using sales techniques and developing guest loyalty, including up-selling.
+ To perform the highest standards of all sales activities.
+ To handle wedding inquiries for all properties efficiently and accurately in order to match guests? requirements and event concepts.
+ To maintain good relationships with customers, maintain the update of customer information and promptly report customer needs and feedback to the hotel.
+ Produce quotations efficiently, send contracts to customers and follow up promptly.
+ To cooperate with other associates as necessary to create an exceptional wedding experience.
