Qualifications, Job Specification Knowledge and Skills:
1. Thai Nationality.
2. Having experience in F&B service.
3. Skillfully anticipated and produced beverages and cocktails in line with requests.
4. Be pro- active and anticipate our customer needs
5. Ready to WOW and Impress our very demanding guests, delivering immaculate and perfect service, every time all the time.
6. Ready to relocate and work in Khao Yai.
7. Pleasant personality, strong English communication skills, loves interacting with people and excellent service attitude.
8. Have basic mathematics and computer operation skills.
9. Good telephone etiquette and e-mail etiquette.
10. Must have good common sense and initiative.
11. Important to be a good team player and have a pleasant, outgoing personality.
12. Ability to specialize in extend guest services such as outside restaurant booking, limousine / car rental booking, airport pick up booking, tour / sight-seeing booking, etc.
*Food & Beverage Service
1. Mixing a variety of simple drinks and complex cocktails in line with guest requirements.
2. Greetings guest at restaurant entrance and guiding them to their tables.
3. Taking order with all specification when need by guests.
4. Communicate and coordinate with Kitchen to make sure that all foods are correctly prepared and ready to serve on time.
5. Serving and looking after guests at all time while they are in restaurant.
6. Make sure that all table set up meet guest requirement.
*Front Service
1. Greeting guests upon arrival and making them feel welcomed.
2. Works and communicates with House staff on room status, make sure that all rooms are inspected and other set up meet guest requirement.
3. Works and communicates with other departments to ensure that we meet target and goal of guest services.
4. Checking guests in and out of the residence, registering, mentioning all the rules and regulation and guiding guest to their room.
5. Taking care for all guest luggage and properties.
6. Making airline, transportation and travel reservation for guests upon required.
7. Maintains the administrative organization that includes typing, filing, correspondence and distribution in-coming e-mail/mails.
8. Handling One Stop Call Services, obtaining all relevant information and co-ordinate with concerns department.
