Minimum 3 years experience in related field in a luxury hotel environment, preferably within Asia.
Ability to lead by example, believe in a strong team culture and set the scene for high performance.
Fluent in English both written and spoken. Good command in other language(s) would be a plus.
Problem-solving skills.
Customer service skills and strong leadership ability.
Knowledge of food, beverage, and hospitality industries.
Ensure staff is following all food control and safety regulations
Ensures bar is well-stocked and clean.
Tracks customer behavior and sales.
Maintains budget and monitors costs.
Maintains drink recipe documentation.
Oversees planning for special events.
Selects and purchases liquor and other supplies.
