- Male or Female 35 - 50 years
- Certificate or Bachelor Degree.
- Have experience in the position at least 5 years.
- Experience in managing residence-style,Service Apartment rooms.
- Have skills in flower arranging.
- Computer skills Microsoft office Words, Excel & Email.
- Fair in English communication
- To prepares duty rosters, vacation plans and schedules and public holiday schedules to ensure efficient use of human resources.
- Can work under pressure.
- Strong in inter-personality and leadership skill.
- Strong in driving results, planning and management.
- To ensure maximum guest satisfaction.
- To ensure guests receive prompt and courteous services.
- Inspects guestrooms and all housekeeping areas on a regular basis.
- Conducts Housekeeping regular (departmental) meetings.
- Maintains appropriate standards of dress, hygiene uniforms, appearance, posture and conduct of department employee.
