- Welcome customers with high quality hospitality
- Mixes, prepares and serves drinks to guests and mixes and prepares drinks ordered by food servers and beverage servers according to the recipes approved by the Food and Beverage Manager.
- Manage stock, make new cocktail recipe and calculating cost of new recipe
- Management of team members
- Lead team members and communicate with them well
- Other tasks assigned by management members
- Report daily sales to management
