- Clean and sanitize all assigned guest rooms and bathrooms.
- Change bed linens, make beds, and replace used towels and amenities.
- Dust and polish furniture and fixtures.
- Vacuum carpets and/or clean and mop floors.
- Replenish guest room supplies such as toiletries, coffee, and tea.
- Report any maintenance issues or needed repairs to the appropriate department.
- Report and return any lost items found in guest rooms to the designated Lost and Found area.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest requests and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Adhere to the hotel's policies and procedures regarding cleanliness and room standards.
- Collaborate with other staff members, such as front desk and maintenance, to ensure a smooth operation.
- Respect guests' privacy and ensure the security of guest belongings in the rooms.
