- Similar experience at least 3 years in international premium upscale properties.
- Experienced proven analytical and business planner
- Strong communicator, planner and driver of all revenue departments.
- Experience with properties including Mid to large scale Conferencing facilities.
- Experience with Ideas RMS and Opera Cloud an advantage
- Excellent Thai and English speaking and writing skills
- Facilitates, guides, and directs all revenue driven HODs in selecting the optimum revenue opportunities for the property.
- Measures total revenue performance against strategy and targets and adapt current strategy as necessary.
- Maintain a high level of Distribution health scores, content and quality OTA platforms.
- Actively monitors the competitive environment and elaborates revenue optimizing tactics and strategies in order to maximize Revenue Generation Index (RGI)
