Assistant Director of Finance (Dusit Thani Bangkok)

- Bachelor- s degree in finance, Accounting, or related field. Master- s degree or CPA preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Proficiency in financial software.

- Assist in preparing the annual budget, financial forecasts, and other financial reports.
- Monitor and analyze monthly operating results against budget.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal reporting requirements and tax filings.
- Oversee daily finance department operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
- Develop and implement finance, accounting, billing, and auditing procedures.
- Establish and maintain appropriate internal control safeguards.
- Interact with other hotel departments to provide consultative support to planning initiatives through financial and management information analyses, reports, and recommendations.
- Ensure generally accepted auditing standards maintain records systems.
- Assist in developing and implementing new procedures and features to enhance the department's workflow.
