- Bachelor- s degree in Computer Engineering/Information Technology related field.
- Good Knowledge Firewall, Network, LAN, WAN, Wireless and IT Hardware.
- Good Knowledge in product such as Cisco, Ruckus, Ubiquity and Ruijie.
- Ability to think through problems and visualize solutions.
- Analyses and Troubleshooting customer problem.
- Knowledge of TCP/IP networking such as routing, Switching and security.
- Basic Operating System such as Linux, Windows Server.
- In-depth product knowledge network security in Firewall, Antivirus, IDS/IPS, VPN. and Wireless security.
- High sense of responsibility.
- Open-minded and flexible characteristics.
- Ability to perform well under pressure.
- Good communication and service mind.
- Prompt response to emergencies at any time.
- Ability to travel for business trip.

JOB HIGHLIGHTS:

- Responsible for all installing, maintaining, ensuring, monitoring & controlling and managing computer hardware, software and networks of HQ and properties.


DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Manage network equipment, server and technology tools. PABX and CCTV, TV system and TV.
- Design, plan and implement network infrastructure.
- Implement and Maintenance Network and Security, PABX and CCTV, TV system and TV.
- Perform troubleshooting analysis of network equipment, PABX and CCTV, TV system and TV.
- Documents network problems and resolution for future reference.
- Monitor network performance, Ensure Availability and Reliability.
- Backup Network Configuration, PABX and CCTV, TV system and TV.
- Coordinate and Facilitate for problems and resolution.
- Setup and manage accounts, share resource and workstations.
- Produce reports, prepare IT Documents and Manual.
- Test and deploy applications and system to user.
- Repair or contact to service company related to IT System.
- Support team for projects assignment.
- Monitor and support Internet and network availability.
- Support the IT Department procurement process.
