- Willingness to work irregular hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

- Contributing to menu planning by suggesting new dishes or variations on existing ones.
- Overseeing and coordinating kitchen activities, including food preparation, cooking, and plating.
- Monitoring inventory levels and ordering supplies as needed.
- Maintaining kitchen cleanliness and sanitation standards.
