IT Manager

- Bachelor's degree in computer science or information technology.

- At least 5 years of experience in infrastructure & hardware support or similar role.

- Good interpersonal and communication skills

- An expert and resourceful in problem solving within a complex operation.

- Track record of successful experience in dealing with high profile clients.

- Working knowledge of infrastructure & hardware with various software programs.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Can do attitudes with a good service mind

- Able to work as a team and individual

- Network infrastructure management, performance monitoring, troubleshooting (Config Cisco switch, FortiGate firewall, Router, Wifi controller)

- Cloud & micro service infrastructure management, performance monitoring, Operating System Database, and troubleshooting

- Security Management, Patching for fixing Vulnerability & IT security related.

- Define and Setup Standard for IT system (Cloud, Server, DB, backup policy, PC OS and S/W standard)

- Setup Security Procedure related to IT system (OS, DB, BackupData, DR)

- Support system operation, monitor, and change request.

- Manage and ensure IT projects are monitored, reviewed, and implemented effectively.







Investigate and suggest improvements to ensure that the IT network is efficient to support the business.

Plan and coordinate periodic audits of our IT network and infrastructure, to include such items as network equipment, cloud, microservice, servers, software licensing, backup and disaster recovery policy.
