Digital Marketing Manager

- Minimum of 3 years Digital Marketing and social media experience in hospitality.
- Knowledge of social media platforms, consumer engagement, and strong awareness of the digital world.
- Knowledge of Google Analytics and ability to draw insights from the data.
- Excellent English communications skills (verbal and written), a strong sense of quality and a creative mind set. Multilingual capability would be an added advantage.

- Understands Hotel- s marketplace; well-informed of market trends, including evaluating the competition- s digital marketing communications activity and implements change as dictated by market requirements. Monitors own social media and competitors' social media as well as online reviews for deeper market insight.
- versight of PPC, SEO, SEM, analytics, display and campaign management.
- Ensures accurate website content management and online image database maintenance, with particular importance on SEO best practices.
- Manage accurate content on third party distribution
- Create, develop and update digital content for our website.
- Creates social media content for specific social platforms
- Able to manage relationships with third party agencies, assist them with digital marketing briefs and keep agencies and corporate partners informed of relevant news and updates to maximize opportunities for exposure.
- Oversees the execution of marketing campaigns in the online and social media platforms in coordination.
- Maintains an active presence for each entity on the official website and other social media platforms to ensure content updates are in adherence with the developed strategic marketing plans for the holding as well as the individual entities.
- Oversees campaigns in social media.
- Is proactive and creative in developing integrated PR and Social Media programs which capitalize on unique and newsworthy stories as well as leveraging unexpected opportunities as they arise.
- Manage online reputation for the hotel.
