- Accomplish goals for his/her budget.
- Support DOS to comprise monthly Sales & Marketing,
- Organizes regular visits in accordance to a predetermined plan.
- Expand new accounts and develop prospecting account to be key accounts.
- Prepares a tentative monthly schedule to record all sales and other related actives for proceeding month.
- Presents a summary of his/her visits to DOS on a weekly basis prior to and after the week is completed.
- Ensures that the invoicing effectively corresponds to all services agreed upon and rendered.
- Records all daily sales calls.
- Records the statistics of his/her respective accounts and follow up.
- Submits production reports on his/her list of accounts on monthly basis.
- Understand & Keep data processing system.
- To lead effective hotel inspection
- Provides after-sales service and in particular to ensure all guests complaints are taken seriously and discussed with the respective department if necessary.
- Identify business potential and upkeeps close contact with former and potential clients through personal visits, phone calls and correspondence in view of entering into contracts with them.
- Ensure the availability of after-sales services and, in particular, concerns him/her with clients who have registered complaints.
- Draws up together with DOS and sales team for sales promotion and packages.
- Enter into negotiations on behalf of the company however it must not to exceed the limit of his/her authority.
- Entertain supporting and prospective clients when necessary in order to maintain or develop a long-lasting and growing relationship.
- Organize and attend trade show when requested.
- Keeps himself/herself well informed about products ( Hotel facilities and catering )
- Update market feedback to DOS regularly.
- Supervises junior staff among the team for his/her production and activities.
- Develop and foster good rapport with the public, clients and members of the trade in an effort to ensure and promote a good image of the hotel.
- Follow/Create the special project that assign from DOS, GM or DOSM.
- Follow Sales Policy & Procedure (P&P)
- Follow and strict on Hotel Policy
