Requirements:
- Experience: Previous experience in concierge services or hospitality, preferably in a supervisory role.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, problem-solving abilities, and a strong customer service orientation.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with hotel management software and local area knowledge.
- Driving: Ability to drive a car and a tuk-tuk, and possession of a valid driver's license.
- Schedule: Ability to work in shifts.
Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Supervise and train concierge staff, fostering a positive work environment.
- Guest Services: Assist guests with inquiries, reservations, transportation, and special requests, ensuring high satisfaction levels.
- Problem Resolution: Address guest complaints or issues promptly and effectively, maintaining a professional demeanor.
- Coordination: Collaborate with other departments (like housekeeping and front desk) to provide seamless service.
- Reporting: Monitor service standards and report on team performance, identifying areas for improvement.
- Knowledge Management: Stay updated on local attractions, events, and services to provide accurate recommendations.
