Job Qualifications

- At least Bachelor- s degree in HR or equivalent area.
- Service mind, strong communication, and be able to keep confidential data.
- Computer literacy
- Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude
- Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities
- English skill is required
- Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems and Candidate Management Systems
- Proven work experience as a Recruiter (either an in-house recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter)
- Hands-on experience with various selection processes (video interviewing, phone interviewing, reference check, etc)
: Be able to work on every other Saturday.
