Qualifications & Skills:
Proven experience in sales, preferably in hospitality, F&B, or restaurant industry.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
Goal-oriented with a drive to meet and exceed targets.
Knowledge of food and beverage trends is a plus.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and events as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Marketing Strategies: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase restaurant revenue. Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns.
Event Sales & Catering: Promote and sell restaurant services, including private dining, events, and catering packages.
Lead Generation: Conduct cold calls, site visits, and networking to generate leads and convert them into sales.
Negotiation & Closing: Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and finalize deals to achieve sales targets.
Collaboration: Work closely with the restaurant management team to align sales efforts with service execution.
Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline management, and revenue reports.
