Reservations Manager, Best Western Plus Wanda Grand Hotel (แจ้งวัฒนะ)

- Bachelor's Degree or higher in related field.
- 2-3 years of experiences in the same position
- Be accurate and well-organized.
- Team player and self-motivated.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proficiency with hotel POS systems.

To oversee the efficient operation of the reservations department in selling of guest rooms and villas to accommodate guest needs and maximize revenue. To complete analysis and tasks specific to the revenue management discipline as assigned by the Director of Sales and Marketing.


PRIMARY DUTIES

- Monitors and analyzes Rooms Inventory utilizing Yield Management to maximize occupancy and increase average rate. This includes monitoring of group blocks, determining cut off dates, systems maintenance and rate restrictions.
- Conducts ongoing training of reservations agents to include, but not limited to, telephone etiquette, sales conversion monitoring, proactive selling efforts and overall efficiency.
- Ensures the department efficiently processes group rooming lists, reservations, and employee reservations requests by monitoring data in the reservations system.
- Interviews, trains and supervises reservation agents for the efficient operation of the department. Monitors performance and gives feedback according to established standards.
- Calculates and prepares, various rooms reports as assigned and Master Monthly Tracking to determine sources of business using various computer systems
- Assists in the development and revisions of forecasts for the Sales & Marketing Department, both monthly and annually
- Due to the cyclical nature of the hospitality industry, employees may be required to work varying schedules to reflect the business needs of the hotel.
