- A perfect candidate should have minimum 5 years progressive experience of F/B Service and training in a luxury hotel
- Experience creating training content in a hospitality environment preferred
- Effective communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Comfortable in delivering to senior management, at all levels of the organization
- Experience of working in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail, quality and accuracy imperative
- Good team player with proven ability to partner with business leaders and to cope with strategies to achieve sales targets, contribution objectives and the efficient use of the resources
- Proven team management skills-Leading, motivation and managing assigned team members to effectively deliver learning goals and objectives
- Assist to EAM and F/B Mgr. to plan, manage and administer all training plans and requirements
- Must be fully familiar with all menus around the property
- Conducting standard F/B on-boarding program for all new F/B recruits and F/B trainees
- Promote and inform employees about all training program
-Display leadership in guest hospitality, exemplifies excellent customer service and creates a positive atmosphere for guest relations
- Helps identify specific behaviors that will contribute to service excellence
- Ensure all F/B staff receive on-going training to understand guest expectations
-Use effective training methods to ensure F/B staff have a good understanding of guest satisfaction and can demonstrate guest satisfaction skills
- Meet with the Outlet Managers and Supervisors on a regular basis to support training efforts
- Review comment cards, guest satisfaction results and other data to identify areas of improvement
- Identify performance gaps and works with Outlet Managers and Supervisors to develop and implement appropriate training to improve performance
- Participate in F/B team member performance evaluations
- Ensure the necessary learning materials are available
- Ensure all training records are up to date
- As per Operational needs performing as Restaurant supervisor. Actively help Outlet Managers to manage all aspects of F/B Operation, including special functions, weddings, meetings, cooking classes etc.
- Any others tasks/duties as assigned by EAM and F/B Mgr.
