Position overview: This position will play a pivotal role in supporting the execution of our sales strategies, driving revenue growth, and overseeing key accounts across various industries. 1.Sales Strategy Implementation: Assist in the development and execution of corporate sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets across different markets.
2.Team Leadership: Support the Commercial Director in leading and mentoring the sales team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
3.Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring exceptional service and addressing any concerns or opportunities.
4.Sales Forecasting & Reporting: Monitor sales performance, track key metrics, and assist in forecasting future sales to ensure targets are met.
5.Market Research & Analysis: Conduct in-depth market analysis and competitor research to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
6.Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer support teams to align sales strategies with company objectives.
7.Training & Development: Provide ongoing training and support to the sales team to ensure they have the tools and knowledge to succeed
