Drive revenue growth: Develop and execute multi-channel sales strategies to acquire new corporate, event, and leisure clients. Achieve ambitious room and event booking targets.
Market analysis & strategy: Conduct market research, analyze competitor activities, and adjust sales strategies based on market trends and client preferences to maximize market share.
Client relationships: Build and maintain strong client relationships, fostering loyalty and repeat business through personalized service.
Team leadership: Collaborate with marketing, operations, and guest services to ensure successful event execution and client satisfaction. Lead and motivate the sales team.
Sales reporting & analysis: Monitor sales performance, track key metrics (e.g., RevPAR), and generate reports to guide strategic decision-making.
