As Director of Sales & Marketing, you will take ownership of our commercial success?driving revenue, shaping market positioning, and leading high-impact promotional strategies. Role Description

- Develop and implement integrated sales, marketing, and revenue strategies to grow market share and profitability
- Lead and inspire high-performing sales teams to consistently exceed targets
- Build and strengthen B2B relationships across corporate, MICE, and leisure segments
- Monitor market trends, customer insights, and competitive activity to identify new opportunities
- Work closely with Hotel General Managers and Operations to align on property KPIs
- Collaborate with the Corporate Marketing Team to ensure cohesive brand direction and campaign execution
