Bachelor?s degree or higher in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.

Experience
At least 8?10 years of relevant experience in commercial management, sales, business development, or strategic planning.
Proven track record in driving revenue growth and managing P&L.
Experience in leading cross-functional teams and working at a senior leadership level.

Strong understanding of market dynamics, pricing strategies, and revenue models.

Analytical and Financial Skills
Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret business data to support decision-making.
Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and ROI analysis.
Communication and Negotiation
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate at all levels.
Fluent in English (both written and spoken); additional languages are a plus in international roles.
Industry Knowledge
In-depth knowledge of the industry or sector in which the company operates (e.g., retail, FMCG, technology, manufacturing, etc.).
Ability to identify new market opportunities and lead market expansion efforts.
Technical and Digital Skills
Proficiency in business software such as Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint), ERP/CRM systems.
Understanding of digital business tools and data analytics platforms is a plus.
