-Check in and Check Out Procedure
-Handle guest reservation and create booking in system
-Handle incoming call and response request
-Communicate and provide information for customers
-Handle guest requirement
-Handle guest problem
-Welcoming and offering assistance
-Coordinate room status update with the housekeeping
