Bar Manager - Kaen Kaew Live House

- Proven experience as a Bar Manager or senior bartender, preferably in a hotel or upscale hospitality environment.

- Strong knowledge of spirits, wine, beer, and modern mixology techniques.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to manage and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment.

- Proficient in inventory and POS systems.

- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.

- Must be of legal age to serve alcohol and possess required certifications (e.g., food handler?s card, responsible alcohol service certificate).

- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

- Manage the day-to-day operations of the hotel bar.

- Recruit, train, and supervise bartenders and bar support staff.

Maintain high standards of quality, cleanliness, and guest service at all times.

- Develop creative cocktail menus and ensure consistent drink preparation and presentation.

Monitor inventory, conduct regular stocktakes, and manage ordering of beverages and supplies.

- Ensure compliance with all licensing laws, health and safety regulations, and hotel policies.

- Oversee cash handling procedures, POS operations, and end-of-day reconciliations.

- Handle guest inquiries, special requests, and complaints professionally and promptly.

- Collaborate with the F&B and Events team for special functions, VIP events, or promotions.

- Track sales performance, manage budgets, and implement strategies to increase profitability.
