- Previous barista or caf? experience, preferably in a hospitality or hotel setting.
- Strong knowledge of coffee equipment and brewing techniques.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including specialty coffee and tea drinks, in accordance with hotel standards.
- Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner, offering prompt and attentive service.
- Provide product recommendations and detailed knowledge about the menu and beverage options.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the caf? area, including equipment, counters, tables, and seating areas.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
- Handle guest transactions accurately and operate the point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Monitor inventory levels and replenish stock as needed.
