- Preparation of ingredients and mise en place for assigned section
- Cooking and plating dishes according to Margo standards
- Cleaning and maintenance of workstation
- Proper food storage and labeling
- Participation in daily and weekly cleaning schedules
- Support other sections as required
- Compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations
- Communication and coordination with team members and supervisors
- Active participation in kitchen briefings and training
REPORTS: All Reports are going to the Head Chef
WORKING DAYS: 5.5 days per week.
WORKING HOURS: 48 hours per week.
