Waiter/Waitress @ Margo Restaurant

- Thai nationality, Age not over 40 years old
- High school diploma or a relevant discipline
- Previous experience in similar role 1-3 years, F&B Background
- Good command in English
- Excellent personal presentation and Service minded
- A passion for service excellence & customer satisfaction
- Teamwork and Collaboration

The employees job description includes all aspects of the front work, including:

- Introduces customers to the menu and announces daily or seasonal menu specials
- Passes customer orders along to kitchen staff for preparation
- Collects food orders from the kitchen, verifies that they are correct, and serves them to customers
- Ensures that customers are satisfied with their meals and processes orders for additional courses if necessary
- Maintains familiarity with menu items, specials, and restaurant information
- Meets with restaurant managers regularly in order to learn about menu changes and specials as well as discuss upcoming reservations and customers with special needs

REPORTS: All Reports are going to Restaurant Manager

WORKING DAYS: 5.5 days per week.

WORKING HOURS: 48 hours per week.
