- Thai nationality, Age not over 40 years old
- Vocational certificate or Bachelor?s Degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related fields
- Experience of at least 1-2 years as a Administration or supporting role in food & beverage / culinary, Will be considered a plus
- Good command of both spoken and written in English
- Good communicating, coordinating and organizing skills
- Proficient in MS Office & and basic accounting software
Manage administrative and clerical tasks related to restaurant operations, such as personnel management, procurement, document handling, coordinating with accounting, and maintaining an organized back-office system in accordance with company policies.
Responsibilities:
- Record and maintain employee attendance and resignation data
- Support recruitment and hiring processes for new staff
- Procure and coordinate the sourcing of office and restaurant supplies and equipment
- Organize and file documents and reports systematically
- Assist with basic accounting tasks and liaise with the accounting department
- Prepare various reports as requested by management or government agencies
- Coordinate legal documentation such as business licenses, social security documents, and labor department paperwork
- Manage petty cash and expense disbursements
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned
REPORTS: All Reports are going to Head Chef
WORKING DAYS: 5.5 days per week.
WORKING HOURS: 48 hours per week.
