Chef de Partie (Part-Time)

-Proven experience as a Kitchen Chef de partie or a similar role in a fine dining restaurant or luxury hotel
-Excellent coordination and organizational skills to manage the pass area effectively
-Strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast ?paced kitchen environment
-At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
-Effective communication skills to facilitate smooth interactions between kitchen and service team.
-Knowledge of culinary techniques and presentation to ensure dishes meet the restaurant?s quality and concept standards
-Understanding of food safety and hygiene practices
-Ability to handle and prioritize multiple demands -concurrently.
-Diploma or degree in culinary arts or a related field is preferred
-Fluent in written and spoken English.

-Oversee the pass area and ensure that dishes leaving the kitchen are visually appealing and meet quality standards
-Coordinate with the kitchen team to maintain a steady flow of orders and minimize waiting times
-Dish plating and presentation, work closely with the kitchen team to plate dishes accurately and according to the established presentation standards
-Pay meticulous attention to details to enhance the visual appeal of dishes before they are served
-Conduct quality checks on plated dishes to ensure they meet the restaurant?s culinary standards
-Address any discrepancies or issues promptly to maintain consistency in taste and presentation
-Communication and collaboration, maintain open and effective communication with the service team to relay order status and manage guest?s expectations.
-Collaborate with both kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth service operations
-Always adhere to food safety and hygiene regulations, ensuring a clean and organized working environment
-Assist in monitoring and maintaining kitchen equipment and supplies
-Provide support to the kitchen team during busy periods or as needed, ensuring a harmonious and efficient workflow
