Telemarketing Executive

? High school diploma or bachelor?s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
? Previous experience in telemarketing, customer service, or sales support is an advantage.
? Strong communication and telephone handling skills.
? Proficiency in MS Office; experience with CRM systems is a plus.
? Service-minded, persuasive, and confident in communication.
? Able to work independently and as part of a team.

The Telemarketing Executive is responsible for making outbound calls to generate leads, promote the hotel?s services, and support the Sales team in driving business opportunities. This role plays a key part in maintaining client engagement, identifying new prospects, and supporting marketing campaigns under the guidance of the Sales team.
Responsibilities:
1. Conduct outbound calls to potential corporate clients, travel agents, and partners to introduce hotel promotions, packages, and services.
2. Maintain an accurate and up-to-date call list and client database.
3. Schedule appointments and site inspections for the Sales team.
4. Follow up on leads and inquiries to support conversion of prospects to clients.
5. Coordinate with Sales Executives to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads.
6. Support sales and marketing campaigns by making promotional calls and gathering feedback.
7. Prepare basic call reports and update performance tracking sheets.
8. Assist with sending marketing materials and event invitations to targeted segments.
