Qualifications:
1.Previous experience in hospitality, tourism, or customer service preferred.

2.Outgoing, energetic, and sociable personality ? you love meeting new people!

3.Excellent communication skills in English (other languages are a plus).

4.Thai nationality or legal ability to work in Thailand.

5.Comfortable working flexible hours, including nights and weekends.

6.Passionate about travel, culture, and creating positive social impact.

7.Able to work in a fast-paced, social, and occasionally loud environment.

Key Responsibilities:
1.Greet guests warmly upon arrival and create a friendly, engaging check-in experience.

2.Be present and active in common areas, making guests feel comfortable and connected.

3.Provide information about hostel amenities, activities, tours, and the local area.

4.Promote Mad Monkey tours, events, and F&B offerings to enhance guest stays.

5.Help coordinate and participate in daily and nightly events (pub crawls, dinners, games).

6.Act as a brand ambassador, upholding Mad Monkey?s values and community atmosphere.

7.Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally, escalating issues when needed.

8.Maintain a clean and organized front-of-house and social space environment.

9.Work closely with Front Office and F&B teams to ensure smooth operations.

10.Collect guest feedback and share insights for experience improvement.
