Bar Manager

1.Proven experience as a Bar Manager or Supervisor in a high-volume, fast-paced venue.

2.Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

3.Solid understanding of bar financials ? inventory, costing, revenue tracking.

4.Knowledge of cocktails, mixology, and current bar trends.

5.Ability to motivate a young, diverse team in a party-driven environment.

6.Fluent in English; Thai language skills and Thai nationality (or valid work permit) are a plus.

7.Comfortable working late hours, weekends, and holidays.

1.Manage day-to-day bar operations including opening/closing procedures, inventory, cleanliness, and cash handling.

2.Recruit, train, and lead a team of bartenders to deliver excellent and consistent service.

3.Monitor stock levels, place orders, and maintain proper inventory control and cost management.

4.Create and update drink menus and promotions in collaboration with the Regional F&B team.

5.Organize and execute nightly events such as pub crawls, games, themed parties, etc.

6.Ensure the bar area meets hygiene, safety, and licensing regulations at all times.

7.Maintain accurate sales and performance reports, and meet revenue targets.

8.Provide hands-on support behind the bar during peak hours or events.

9.Foster a team environment that encourages energy, accountability, and fun.

10.Monitor guest behavior and ensure responsible alcohol service at all times.

11.Work closely with Front Office and Guest Experience teams to drive guest engagement.
