Director of Finance

Bachelor?s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (Master?s or MBA preferred)

Professional certification such as CPA, ACCA, or CFA is highly desirable

Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in financial leadership roles

Strong knowledge of financial regulations, corporate governance, and risk management

Experience in hospitality is an advantage

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills

Proven ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Develop and execute the financial strategy of the company

Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes

Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in accordance with regulatory standards (e.g., IFRS/GAAP)

Lead the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements

Monitor and manage cash flow, working capital, and financing activities

Analyze financial performance and provide recommendations to improve profitability and efficiency

Oversee tax planning and compliance with all required local, regional, and international tax regulations

Ensure internal controls are in place and effectively managed

Liaise with auditors, tax advisors, banks, and other financial institutions

Support strategic decision-making by providing financial insights to senior leadership

Lead and mentor the finance team to enhance performance and professional development
