Who you are:

Physically fit and able to lift coffee sacks (up to 50kg). Ability to lift and move heavy bags of coffee beans (up to kg).
- Available to work weekends and public holidays as needed.
- Prior experience in coffee production or similar industries is a plus.
Production & Roasting Operations:
- Identify, communicate, and execute assigned responsibilities and best practices to ensure smooth roasting operations as directed by managers or supervisors.
- Operate coffee grinding and roasting production processes, controls, and equipment efficiently and promptly.
- Maintain consistent production schedules to fulfill orders from all sales channels within the group accurately and on time.
- Perform troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and sanitation procedures; compile data and communicate clearly with manufacturing partners; monitor equipment performance to minimize downtime.
- Handle loading and movement of green coffee, raw materials, and finished goods to support roasting and packaging operations.
- Adhere strictly to all safety and security guidelines.
Inventory & Stock Management:
- Manage stock control and inventory of raw materials and finished goods, including forecasting and ordering green beans, packaging with suppliers and internal warehousing teams.
- Conduct internal recall investigations for products failing to meet specifications and quality standards.
- Quality Control & Product Development
Ensure strict compliance with Sarnies roast profiles.
- Participate in tastings (cuppings) with the Group Head Barista to develop and maintain coffee expertise, including re-blending coffees to meet quality and cost targets.
Coordination & Communication:
- Coordinate with marketing and e-commerce teams regarding new product launches, pricing, and promotions.
- Collaborate effectively with the fulfillment team to ensure timely order delivery, including planning, scheduling, and managing third-party delivery services according to company guidelines.
- Communicate professionally with B2B and B2C customers about orders as needed, consistently striving to provide exceptional service.
- Report operational matters promptly to the Manager and Shift Supervisor.
- Team Collaboration & Development
