<ul><li>Bachelor?s degree in related field preferred </li><li>Thai National only age not over 40 years old</li><li>Minimum of two years human resource/training experience required.</li><li>Experience in human resources at a luxury hotel/resort preferred.</li><li>Possesses solid written and
verbal communication skills, demonstrated success at helping create and
deliver training and development programs in multiple formats (manuals,
reference tools, classroom, group presentation, self-directed learning,
and web-based tools). </li><li>Effective personal presentation with the ability to deliver training and communication. </li><li>Solid skills in utilization of Microsoft Office products is required, including: PowerPoint, Publisher Word, Excel, etc.. </li><li>Ability to quickly gain understanding of brand/development objectives. </li><li>Strong coaching and mentoring competencies related to Management Trainees. </li></ul>
<ul><li>Communicate the understanding of the hotel's service standards and
guest expectations, as well as create and develop training and incentive
programs to encourage consistency.</li><li>Develop annual training calendar. Compile and publicize monthly and quarterly reports of training activity.</li><li> Formulates training policies, programs, and schedules, based on
knowledge of identified training needs, company production processes,
business systems, or changes in products, procedures, or services.</li><li>Trains assigned instructors and supervisory staff in effective
techniques for training, such as new employee orientation, on-the-job
training, sales techniques, health and safety practices, management
development, and adaptations to changes in policies, procedures, and
technologies.</li></ul>
