1. Open doors for incoming and outgoing guests/patrons.
2. Count number of pieces of luggage unloaded and double checks this with the guest to ensure that no luggage is missing.
3. Direct guests to the entrance of the hotel.
4. See that the front driveway is clear at all times.
5. Keep undesirable characters away from the hotel; asks for the help of the Security Officers or the Asst Chef Concierge/Concierge.
6. Summon hotel- s taxi for guests and patrons.
7. Ensure the flags are raised in the morning and brought down in the evening. Ensures all flags are brought down when it rains.
8. Direct arrival guest to the check-in counter and delivery man to the service entrance (receiving area).
9. See that those chauffeurs who waits for passengers that their vehicles be directed to the parking area or taxi area instead of waiting at the front entrance.
10. Ensure front driveway is neat & clean.
