General Duties
Front Office:
1. To check-in /out guests in accordance with established standards
2. Know and adhere to the following policies & procedures:
? Rebates
? Cash Advance
? Travelers Checks
? Credit Cards
? Paid Out
? Refund
3. Have knowledge of the reception area and be able to perform concierge/guests relations procedures.
4. Know and perform Night Audit procedures.
5. Know and perform telephone operator procedures.
6. Provide/close safety deposit boxes for guests
7. Exchange money for guests in accordance with the hotel?s foreign exchange policy & procedure.
8. Pay attention to all guests in Lobby area.
Telephone
1. Operate the switchboard
2. Place requested wake-up calls
3. Ensure all calls are answered courteously, and efficiently
4. Bill guests for manual calls in accordance with established policy
5. Ensure incoming faxes for guests are complete, legible and delivered to the room within 15 minutes after being received.
