1. Thai male/femal, age not over 35 years old
2. At least Vocational Diploma
3. At least 3 years' experience in Front Office Operations
4. Good command in spoken English, Third language is an advantage
5. Possess of customer service and supervisory skills
6. Be flexible and can work under pressure environment
- Review arrival information on a daily basis;
VIP, Regular guest, Groups, special requests,
etc. Follow up with Housekeeping and Room
Service
- Responsible for correct registration procedure;
registration card, room allocation, credit card
policy, etc.
- Maintain good working relations with all
departments, especially Housekeeping and
Reservations. Checks discrepancies and out-of-
order rooms, to ensure correct room status at
all times
- Responsible for correct handling of cash and
cheques, credit cards, foreign currencies,
vouchers and invoices
- Responsible for preparing activities for group
arrival, correct definition of group masters to
ensure correct charges And tasks assigned from
Front Office Manager
