About you:
At least 3 years' experience in a role providing top-level customer service
Strong communications skills and be proficient using PCs including MS Office and CRM systems
Knowledge/experience in Health / Fitness is required; knowledge of health and safety and any relevant qualifications (e.g. first aid certification) would be an advantage
Keen to work in a world class environment and have strong team management skills
Very good English required and should have strong Thai language skills

Position: Customer Service Manager (Bang Yai, Nonthaburi)
The role:
Lead and manage the Customer Service Management (CSM) team to provide excellent customer service to members
Coach and support the CSM team, and ensure they are well trained to provide member services including re: gym operations, member requests, membership queries and payments
Monitor member feedback and ensure prompt resolution of any issues
Work as a key member of the management team, helping to support sales, operations and administrative functions
