- Good planning, organisational, Analytical skill and decision-making skills.

- Maintain and update marketing materials, such as e-flyer, collaterals etc.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with all guests in order to exceed their needs
- Take action to address these needs in order to exceed their expectations
- Create a positive image in every interaction with guests
- Have knowledge of all food and beverage offerings at VOGUE lounge
- Adhere to brand standards
- Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge in order to explain and sell services and facilities to guests
- Maintain current local information to be able to provide information to guests
- Responsible for the development, direction, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of our of strategic guest relations, public relations, media relations, and social media management
- Reinforce the Vogue Lounge concept and brand with VIP guests and media
- Develop proactive and reactive communication programs to reinforce key messages, promote strategic business objectives
- Oversee the planning, development and implementation of various programming, events and promotion with management
- Prepare event proposals and contracts for clients to secure business
- Accountable for the programs under your direction whilst working with clients to ensure event briefs and budgets are fully understood and met
- Meet with clients to work out the details of their event
