Bachelor?s degree, preferably in hospitality management.
Minimum 3 years experience in similar capacity in a mid scale hotel.
Ability to lead and direct teams, to make prompt/good decisions and enjoy working in fast pace.
Fluent English and should be able to effectively communicate with diverse groups.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Pleasing personality, analytical, patience, creative, energetic, dynamic and result oriented.
Excellent interpersonal skill and has a hand on approach
Ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the Front Office department and Co-ordinate with various other
departments in order to ensure personalized, prompt and flawless service to all guests.
Implement systems and procedures that achieve higher cost efficiency and guest satisfaction.
Maintain the Log Book and effective follow up system, Check the daily arrival list and monitor all VIP movement.
Co-ordinate with departments like Security and Housekeeping to ensure that all the security, hygiene and aesthetic standards of the hotel are met.
Thorough knowledge of accommodation management, revenue management, and other reservation systems.
