- Thai Nationality only.
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, or related fields.
- Minimum 3 years working experience in HR functions in hospitality business company is advantage.
- Proactive, dynamic, positive attitude, good team player, and strong interpersonal skills.
- Good command of written and spoken in English.
-Responsible for all HR & Administration activities including recruitment, compensations & benefits, labor relations, training & development, payroll, office and administration management.
- Ensure the effective deployment of HR strategy, policies, systems, tools and practices are aligned with the group?s strategy and culture.
- Responsible for training plan and implementation of the organization.
Analyze and modify compensation and benefits policies to establish competitive programs and comply with legal requirements.
Handle Employee Relations and conflict management.
- Any other related tasks as required
