- Minimum B. Eng. Degree
- Minimum of 10 years hospitality experience
- Minimum of 5 years in 4 -5 star hotels as DOE
- Hotel pre-opening and opening experience mandatory
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Sound experience in project coordination and supervision
- Proficient with computers and relevant engineering programs
- Profound knowledge of engineering systems and requirements
- Performs, manages, or supervises maintenance operations for exterior and interior facilities including electrical, refrigeration, plumbing, heating, cooling, structural, parking areas, and other maintenance work necessary to maintain the property in an optimum and efficient condition
- Establish an effective system for recording and reporting all utilities consumption in the hotel
- Experienced in dealing with Government agencies and Engineering organizations
- Health and safety conscious
