- Min 1-2 years experience as a Front Office Supervisor or Senior Receptionist preferably from a Deluxe Premier Hotel or Serviced Residence.
- Proficient in oral and written communication.
- Has an excellent background in guest or customer service.
- Able to multi-task, work shift schedule and display grace under pressure.
- Possess good grooming and personal presentation.
- Self-motivated and able to manage with strong initiative.
- Good command of spoken and written English.
- Able to communicate in Japanese language is a plus.
- To supervise of all Guest Service Agents and acting during the absence of the Front Office Manager.
- To monitor and ensure that all preferences of the incoming residents are taken, prepared and ready prior to arrival.
- Ensure all customer queries or requests are handled in a polite and efficient manner.
- Deliver a level of personalized service that exceeds not only the expectation of the resident but will add a point of difference from the service provided anywhere else within the serviced residence.
- To provide an orientation of the residents and offer local connections and access to business event and networks, exclusive social events as well as facilitate gathering for like-minded people.
- The Front Office Supervisor must be seen by the guests in response to all the resident needs and requests.
- Services to provide not limited to, escort/welcome guests on arrival, explaining the feature of the room, describing our services, offer to make tea or coffee, arrange wake-up calls or taxi services, assist with unpacking & packing, provide arrival pressing of next day suit.
- To monitor and handle cashiering and night audit with efficiency and accuracy.
