Reservation Supervisor

Qualifications:
? Thai nationality only
? At least 3 years experiences in hotel/ spa reservation or sales agent are preferred
? Strong communication skills, proper telephone etiquette, active listening skills, good judgment, proactive solving, ability to multi-task, and negotiation skills
? Good interpersonal skill and positive attitude with enthusiasm and self-development
? Ability to operate and work on MS Excel documents effectively and efficiently

GENERAL MISSION
The Reservation Supervisor handles and process room reservations. Maximize room occupancy and average room rate through yield management
RESPONSIBILITIES AND MEANS
? To oversee and control daily tasks when on duty.
? To supervise all agents and develop them in order to handle reservation tasks properly.
? To assist Reservation Manager and Assistant Reservation Manager to operate the department.
? To handles all group tours/ conventions from the initial blockage to the rooming lists.
? To records all reservations neatly and accurately on prescribed forms.
