- Very good English communication skills. Has very good inter-personal skill
- Work well under pressure and flexibility to work in any situations
- Has pleasant personality with good attitude and motivation to work
- Has 4-5 years working experience in Event Sales in Hotel Industry would be advantage
- Supervise ad coordinate activities of catering sales personal with regards to his/her daily production, market coverage, planning and routing, report of activities, follow-up and guides field activities of catering sales persons.
- Achieve monthly sales target set by Director of Catering
- Assist and offer views on the design and implementation of attractive banquet packages, sales kit, etc.
- Send all correspondence to clients regarding banquet events i.e. proposal letter, confirmation/agreement letter, amendments, thank you letter, etc.
- Issue the in-house documents i.e. banquet event order (BEO), amendment etc.
- Check on function room set up and meet clients prior to commencement of each event to ensure all arrangements are in geed order before handling responsibility to the manager/captain in charge.
- Perform banquet functions or related duties and special projects as assigned and directed by the Director of Catering.
