- Bachelor?s Degree in hospitality or logistics management
- Preferably with 3-5 years of supervisory experience in either food service or logistics with profit & loss responsibility
- Passion or interest in the growing health food business
- Hardworking, motivated and attentive to details
- Works fast & able to multi-task
- Able to work under pressure and within deadlines
- Strong analytical/decision-making and problem solving skills
Job Purpose: To ensure smooth day to day operations, manage staffing, drives business and delivers revenues and profits.
Duties:
- To ensure smooth day to day operations by close supervision of Assistant Operations manager, preparing polices and standard operating procedures, implementing quality standards and system improvements
- Establish business plan identifying and evaluating competitors, preparing financial, marketing and sales projections, analyses and estimates
- Maintains client satisfaction by monitoring, evaluating and auditing food and service offerings & initiating improvements.
- Accomplishes human resource objectives by recruiting, selecting, training, assigning, scheduling, disciplining and managing staff. Monitoring, appraising and reviewing job funcitions.
- Maintains safe, secure and healthy working environment by establishing, following and enforcing sanitization standards and procedures; complying with health and legal regulations.
- Accomplishes company goals by seeking new business opportunities or special projects & managing them.
- Assist the business development director to drive the business as per strategy
