-Upon commencement of duty, to check the room availability and be aware of any guests who are due to arrive. To find out from Concierge if any flight is delayed. To ensure sufficient manpower to stay behind for the remaining arrivals.
-To make a first round to all night operating departments such as Security, Housekeeping, Kitchen and ensure sufficient workforce is on duty.
-To check the potential revenue report and note if there is any discrepancy, take appropriate action to rectify. To check and approve the night statistical report compiled by the night Front Desk Clerk.
-To ensure security presence at the Lobby.
