- Organised and effective in handling communication by phone, email and face to face.
- Complete cooperate governance and regulation based on one from parent company
- Manage attendance for employees
- Recruitment and training new staff
- HRD and HRM
- Being responsible for all functions relating to Human Resources and to participate and coordinate with management in relation to all human resources management and labor law activities.
- Maintaining and controlling other systems such as those relating to Recruitment,
Performance Evaluation, Benefits and Welfare for all employees.
- Motivate, develop, supervise and coach subordinates on tasks; share/advise on problem-solving solutions; monitor/evaluate performance in order to ensure a high-performance team-oriented, dedicated workforce, and meet organizational capabilities.
