1. Minimum education of Bachelor degree in Accounting
2. Minimum of 8-10 years experience in a similar capacity with strong background in auditing. Exposure to hospitality business is a strong advantage
3. Well organized, detail-oriented, good strategic planning and implementation skills
4. High level of computer proficiency
5. Have Excellent English communication skills both in written and spoken
6. Posses professional disposition with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Perform the assurance engagement under the supervision of Audit Committee and senior Executives and also assist & support Audit Committee to achieve their role and responsibility. Effectively manage the internal audit activity to add value to the organization. Evaluate and contribute to the improvement of risk management, control, and governance processes using a systematic and disciplined approach. Create value added to the organization by giving the constructive recommendations to the management concerning risk management, control and governance processes.
